Returns must be postmarked within 60 days from the date your order shipped.
All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached.
Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original shoe box, swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact, and fragrance products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned.
